✨ How long will it take for my order/s to arrive?

Our shipping days are Monday, Friday, and Saturdays. Schedule might change depending on Federal holidays.

✨ What shipping supplier do you use?

We currently use USPS priority mail or first-class mail depending on the weight of your order/s.

✨ Where is my tracking number and how can I track my package?

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation via email. Once we prepare your package and create a shipping label, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may check your shipping status with USPS.

✨ I received my Crystal but it is damaged, what can I do?

We try our best to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your order/s. All orders are professionally packed although we understand that accidents happen. Insurance may be requested at an additional cost at a very affordable price which covers damages and lost packages. However, if the shipping insurance is not included, we are not responsible to any damaged or missing packages

✨ How do I request shipping insurance?

You may contact us in regards to all shipping insurance questions and request. We will reply within 24 hours of receiving the message.


✨ I received my order/s and there is nothing wrong with it but I do not like it, can I make a return or an exchange?

All of our Crystals, Minerals, and Stones are one of a kind. We are currently not accepting returns and exchanges. We provide a detailed picture and descriptions of all our items on the website and during our Live Sale. Please look at the pictures and read the description carefully before purchasing.
